Item Description:
Here is a beautiful modern armoire in a merino finish by York County Chair Company, circa 1950s. Showcasing 4 large deep drawers inside and 2 long deep drawers on the bottom this dresser/armoire has lots of storage options. It would be the perfect height to hold a bedroom TV. This piece has was constructed by local craftsmen in York County, Pa, and is in very good solid condition. There are some very minimal signs of wear on the top and overall this piece is in great original condition.

The York County Chair Company was a small furniture manufacturer located just 10 minutes from us in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Their pieces were of very good quality and were comparable to Henredon, Widdicomb, and many higher quality furniture makers from the mid-century era.
