Item Description:
Here is a beautiful restored mid-century walnut Martz side table model number TOR-6166 designed by Nicholas T. Marshall and Richard Lee for Marshall Studios, Inc. of Veedersburg, Indiana, Circa 1960s. All wood in this six columned sculpted pedestal table came from the same single walnut tree and was blended together carefully by skilled Marshall Studios woodworkers. All tiles were handmade in their studio; the center tile does have a small mark that can be clearly seen in our photos and the tiles do show some minor signs of wear. This table is a true statement to American craftsmanship in the mid-century era and would make a beautiful addition to any collector’s home. Overall this piece is in good restored condition. There is a partial handwritten label underneath the tabletop (pictured).
